Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 90 days from the delivery date.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective and non-defective products
  • New, opened, or slightly used products

How to Request a Return

    If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.
  • 2. Wait for Approval:
    We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not ship any item before approval.
  • 3. Return the Item:
    Once approved, you may ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.
  • 4. Return Method:
    Returns may be completed via mail or approved drop-off methods where applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds include the full purchase amount, including original shipping and handling fees
  • We do not charge any restocking fees

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo.

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
