Eligibility for Wholesale Account
To be eligible for a wholesale account with Sathorn Garden, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Own a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), OR
- Be an online-only seller with an established audience or customer base
Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is strictly prohibited under wholesale terms. Personal use purchases are also not permitted under wholesale pricing.
All wholesale applicants are reviewed and vetted to ensure business legitimacy and proper reseller fit. Sathorn Garden reserves the right to approve or deny any application or order at its discretion.
Invoices
We are happy to provide invoices in USD for wholesale orders. Please contact us directly to place an order and request an invoice.
By placing a wholesale order, retailers agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing is only available to approved retailers intending to resell products.
Promotional or bulk purchases may qualify for discounts but do not automatically receive wholesale pricing.
Additional Discounts
Wholesale pricing is already significantly discounted. Additional discounts are not guaranteed unless part of a promotional campaign or pre-approved bulk agreement.
Orders using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.
Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Shipping
All products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the retailer.
We offer Free Shipping on eligible wholesale orders.
Fulfillment Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.
Bulk & B2B Orders
We support bulk purchasing and B2B wholesale accounts. For large volume orders, please contact us directly for custom pricing.
Returns & Refund Protocol
All wholesale returns must follow our official return policy. Please contact us before sending any items back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
